Your personal data will be protected and will not be provided to third parties. By placing an order on our site, on the basis of Art. 4, para. 1, item 2 of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Regulations for the collection, processing and storage of personal data, you automatically and voluntarily provide and give your consent to the personal data administrator and the employees, processing personal data at http://v-moto.net/ VI-Moto Ltd., to process your personal data for the purpose of sending the ordered products via a courier company and you are familiar with the purposes of processing your personal data. They are not provided to third parties. Each client is given the opportunity to enter only the name, surname and contact phone number, as information such as e-mail and address is not a mandatory option, and is provided voluntarily by the client, for the purpose of his convenience when ordering again. Users are given the opportunity, if they wish, to delete their profiles and all their data, such as name, surname, address and IP from where the order was placed. http://v-moto.net/uses cookies to retain information about the preferences of its visitors, to store user-specific information about which products they visit, and to optimize the content of the web page according to the type of browser and additional data sent by the browser and to improve its services. Each administrator is obliged to process personal data lawfully, in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, as Art. 4, para. 1 of the law determines only in which cases the processing of personal data of individuals is permissible. The text of Art. 4, para. 1 of the PDPA explicitly regulates the hypotheses in which the processing of personal data is permitted, namely:
1. the processing is necessary for the performance of a legally established obligation of the personal data controller;
2. the natural person to whom the data relate has given his/her explicit consent;
3. the processing is necessary for the performance of obligations under a contract to which the natural person to whom the data relate is a party, as well as for actions preceding the conclusion of a contract and taken at his/her request;
4. the processing is necessary to protect the life and health of the natural person to whom the data relate;
5. the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest;
6. the processing is necessary for the exercise of powers conferred by law on the controller or on a third party to whom the data are disclosed;
7. the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the personal data controller or of a third party to whom the data are disclosed, except where these interests are overridden by the interests of the natural person to whom the data relate.
The PDPA regulates the principles that personal data controllers should observe when processing data. Every controller is obliged to process personal data lawfully, in compliance with the provisions of the PDPA, namely:
- to process them lawfully and in good faith;
- to collect them for specific, precisely defined and legitimate purposes and not to process them further in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
- to maintain them in a form which permits identification of the relevant natural persons for a period not longer than is necessary for the purposes for which these data are processed.
