Thermal Technology EVO TRI ZONE Motorcycle Tyre Warmers

A further evolution of the top model range brings integration of the rim in the tyrewarmer.
The tyre warmer that warm the rim, integrates a lug along the circumference which rests over the circle heating the wheel.

EVO TRI ZONE are Professional Tyre Warmers , Made of Nomex fabric, both internally and externally.

Each Tyre Warmer is managed by a control unit and can be adjusted independently, allowing to reach a temperature of 120 ° C uniformly over the surface of the tyre.

Besides sizes choice, Evo TRI Zone are available in two models , one fits traditional swingarm rear wheels, one fits single side swingarm rear wheels. Rear wheel used on single sided swingarms have a different shape therefore requires a different rear tyre warmer.

EVO TRI ZONE includes DUAL ZONE Technology : Introduction: if you try to heat up an object from the inside, the heat will be distributed first up and then down, this also happens on the rim.Thermal Technology has developed the first TWO ZONE Tyre Warmer. Inside every tyre warmer there are two separate tyre warmers, two halfs, at the bottom/top of these two halfs there are two sensors which are connected to the control unit which magaes the entire tyre warmer, therefore there will be no temperature difference along the tyre surface. The lower part of the tire will always reach the same temperature as the upper side.
